3 Function Buttons

Each button is used for two separate functions and are located at the bottom of the display

Doneness / Temp Adjust Down

1. Use this button when selecting the desired doneness of the meat. (Rare, Medium, Well Done)

2. This button is also used to adjust the temperature "Down" when thermometer is in "Manual Cooking" mode

I65° Example Before First Use • There is a static cling label over the LCD display, please remove before use. • Your unit comes with 2 AAA batteries. Open battery door on the back of the unit. Remove protective film from each battery.
