2.2 Product Application & Description Application: The BT-HE-DASHBOARD provides operators the ease and convenience of controlling multiple HDE-8C-QAM w/Opt 2, HDE- 8C-QAM DIN (Opt 2), AQT8-QAM/IP (Stk#6281A), and AQT8-IP (Stk#6280A) through a single IP address mapped to the headend(s). The DASHBOARD controls and monitors up to twenty (20) supported units and has the provision to remotely update firmware for each unit simultaneously.

LED is Off = indicates (i) AC power is not connected, or (ii) AC power is connected but the power supply is defective. The unit must be sent to Blonder Tongue for repair for condition (ii). IP RESET: When pushed and held for >2 seconds, the Ethernet port IP address login credentials will be enabled to the factory defaults.

BT-HE-DASHBOARD User Manual 4.3 “H25 Control” Screen This feature provides H25 receiver control from a virtual handheld remote control. Select the Encoder name and input number to access the receiver. Use the cursor to select the desired control functions. Please refer to the receiver instruction manual for details on available control functions.

Choose File: Opens window on computer to find and select the desired firmware file. NOTE: This application requires files with “.FW” extensions (not BIN files). Upload File: Uploads the selected file to the BT-HE-DASHBOARD Update: Applies the uploaded file update. Like units can be updated simultaneously by clicking on their respective Update buttons.

Default Gateway: is the gateway address assigned to the Ethernet Port. It allows the user to access the unit from another network via the web interface. (Factory Default: 172.16.70.254) Reboot: Reboots the BT-HE-Dashboard. Unit requires rebooting after changing the IP addresses. Apply Defaults: Applies IP defaults as listed above.

This login allows the user to make changes to any area of the unit. (Factory Default: “Admin”) Password: is only used when changing the current Administrator’s password (16 characters maximum). The password will not be displayed.
