Driver and Passenger Rear Roof Rack Mounting Brackets
1. Remove the existing mounting bolts, nuts and washers from both
Rear Top Struts where they connect to the Top.
2. Install the Driver and Passenger Rear Roof Mounting Brackets using
(4) M8 x 60mm Hex Bolts, (4) M8 Lock Nuts and (8) M8 Flat Wash-
ers provided in the kit. Utilize the original holes in the Rear Top
Struts and Top. Do NOT fully Tighten. (Rear Passenger Bracket is
shown in the photo below).
Driver and Passenger Front Roof Rack Mounting Brackets
1. Remove the existing mounting bolts, nuts and washers from both
Front Top Struts where they connect to the Top. (TOP BOLTS ONLY)
2. Install the Driver and Passenger Front Roof Mounting Brackets using
(2) M6 x 45mm Hex Bolts, (2) M6 Lock Nuts and (4) M6 Flat Wash-
ers provided in the kit. Utilize the original holes in the Front Top
Struts and Top. Hand tighten enough to allow adjustment of the
bracket. (Front Driver Bracket is shown in the photo below).

Roof Rack Alignment
1. Align the Roof Rack on top of the Mounting Brackets. The Rear
Mounting Brackets will line up with the tabs on the rear of the Roof
Rack. The square tubing of the Roof Rack will rest on the Front
Mounting Brackets.
2. Once the Brackets are aligned, you will have to mark the hole loca-
tions on the underside of the square tubing of the Roof Rack for the
Front Mounting Bracket holes.
3. Lower the Roof Rack to a safe, flat location and place it on a piece of
cardboard to prevent from scratching the finish. Using a 1/4" drill
bit, drill (2) holes through the square tubing at the marked locations.
Roof Rack Installation
1. Lift the Roof Rack on top of the Mounting Brackets and align the
mounting holes.
2. Attach the Roof Rack to the Front Mounting Brackets using (2) M6 x
40mm Hex Bolts, (4) M6 Flat Washers and (2) M6 Lock Nuts.
3. Attach the Roof Rack to the Rear Mounting Brackets using (2) M6 x
25mm Hex Bolts, (4) M6 Flat Washers and (2) M6 Lock Nuts.
4. Tighten the bolts in a diagonal pattern (i.e. Driver Front then Passen-
ger Rear; Driver Rear then Passenger Front).
