The computer on my iWalk is not lighting up. The power switch at bottom front of iWalk is on.

The computer on your iWALK E318 W may not be lighting up due to the following reasons:

1. The plug is not connected to the outlet. Ensure the treadmill is properly plugged in.
2. The treadmill is turned off. Press the On/Off button to turn it on.
3. There is low voltage or a power issue. Wait for the power to be restored.
4. The safety key is not applied to the magnetic part of the computer. Attach the safety key to enable the treadmill.

If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain or other abnormal symptoms while using this treadmill, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor immediately.
