3. Sicherheitshinweise
El. Hauptsicherung
In der Maschinenanschlusssteckdose
hinteren Geräteseite
Schmelzsicherung integriert. Diese sichert den
Prüfstand gegen überhöhte
außen. Eine Ersatzsicherung befindet sich in der
Steckdose.
Eigensicherung
Der Prüfstand ist
Fehlbedienung eigengesichert. Wenn z.B. in einem
Druckbereich der Druck über den eingestellten
Grenzwert ansteigt, schaltet das System ab.

Da der Niederdruckbereich nur bis ± 50 mbar
ausgelegt ist, beträgt der max. Messwert des
Zuschaltdrucks ebenfalls nur -50 mbar Bei einigen
Lungenautomaten kann der Zuschaltdruck des
automatischen Überdrucks unter -50 mbar liegen.
Um eine Dichtprüfung
Atemwiderstände durchführen zu können, muss
vorher der Überdruck
eingeschaltet werden.
Bedienung / unbedingt beachten
⚫
Niemals verschmutzte
oder Masken am Prüfkopf prüfen. Es besteht
die Gefahr, dass Staubpartikel in das
Messsystem gelangen, was die Funktion
beeinträchtigen kann.

Vor elektr. Ausschalten des Prüfstandes
unbedingt Maske und / oder Lungenautomat
entfernen und
druckentlasten.
funktionieren nur, wenn Spannung anliegt!

Beim Kalibrieren des Prüfstandes (nach
dem Einschalten) muss die Mundöffnung
offen bleiben, da

Main electric fuse
A 3.15 A fuse cut-out is integrated in the connec-
tion power socket on the back of the machine.
This protects the test stand against extreme incom-
ing power surges. There is a spare fuse in the
power socket.
Intrinsic protection
The test stand has extensive intrinsic protection
against operating error. If the pressure in a partic-
ular pressure sector rises beyond the limit value
entered, for example, the system switches itself off.
Tests on automatic positive demand valves
Since the low-pressure range is rated only for pres-
sures up to ± 50 mbar, the max. test value for the
supplementary pressure also does not exceed
50 mbar. There are a few demand valves for which
the supplementary pressure available in addition to
the supplementary pressure automatically supplied
can be more than 50 mbar. The positive pressure
on the demand valve must be switched on before a
tightness test or a test of respiratory resistances is
possible.
Caution -- observe without fail

switching on) the opening in the mouth
must remain open, as otherwise the stand
will be incorrectly calibrated and the test
values false.
Important for safety!
Never open the housing of the test station with-
out disconnecting the apparatus from the elec-
tricity supply by pulling out the mains plug!
