Installation

2.1. Place

Select for the cutting machine a clean, dry location, where a good ventilation is available. The power
supply is air cooled and air flow must not be obstructed. Provide at least 50cm of clearance.

2.2. Electrical Connection

DANGEROUS VOLTAGE! ONLY TRAINED PERSONNEL CAN CONNECT YOUR MACHINE!
PCi40
The PCi 40 is designed for a one-phase outlet
230V / 50 Hz. The electrical power source must
conform to local electric code with adapted
circuit
protection. Connect the electrical ground wire
(yellow-green) to the earth lug then connect the
two wires to the line voltage L1 and N. If doubt
seek advice.

CUTTING
A. Connect the earth cable to the PLUS Pole and the work piece
B. Connect compressed air to rear of the cutting machine (4-6 bar)
C. Adjust the current following thickness and desired cutting speed
