Enabling/Disabling voice prompts

When you are using your answering machine, either from the handset, the base
station or through remote control, some information is given to you by means of
voice prompts, before you can listen to your received messages.
This information is related to:
the number of (new) messages received. For example: "You have 5 new
messages", "You have no messages", "You have 20 messages".
the day & time. For example: "Friday, sixteen hours thirty-seven".
The time format is 24 hours, except in the UK where it is 12 hours, with handling of
the AM/PM suffix. For example: "Monday, six, AM".
The voice prompt option is made available to you by default, but you can disable it,
if you prefer to listen to your received messages directly with no additional
information.
