Removing the Cover 6. Add two additional 1” cylinder shims to each cylinder. 7. Actuate arms to aft position (cover boat) NOTE: Steps 8-11 can be completed with arms in forward position (uncovered) if dock access allows for it. 8. Removing the Cover 9. Remove two nuts holding the ratcheting “shark fin” from the upper arm. 10. Using two or more people, pull roller off arms. (Caution “shark fin” may spin if spring has not released all torsion) 11. For wind storms cover can remain wrapped on roller, store roller with cover in a dry location.
Custom trimming your roller may be necessary to fit certain lift constraints or slip di- mensions. Trimming your roller, Crossbeam and wind guide should only be preformed by your authorized Sunstream dealer. Trimming the Roller 1. Using measuring device, determine length needing trimmed off roller.
