Diesel only: If engine does not start after 15 seconds of cranking starter, press the preheater switch (not used of Eff, Q) for 10 seconds and again crank starter for no more than 15 seconds.

    ALTITUDE (diesel) If the engine is to run at an altitude above 2,000 ft., fuel delivery can be adjusted to reduce fuel consumption and smoke. NMC-Wollard, Inc. can advise as to fuel reduction necessary if details of engine application and ambient conditions are given.
