Important
Read these instructions for use carefully before using the appliance and
save them for future reference.
Check if the voltage indicated on the type rating label corresponds
to the local mains voltage before you connect the ironing board.
The ironing board is to be connected to an earthed 16A wall
socket only.
Do not use the ironing board if the mains cord is damaged.
If the mains cord is damaged, it must be replaced by Philips, a
service centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard.
Never leave the ironing board unattended when it is connected to
the mains.
Keep the appliance out of the reach of children. Infirm persons
should not be allowed to use the ironing board without
supervision.
Do not move the ironing board when it is switched on.
Do not put very wet fabrics on the ironing board.
Never allow the hot soleplate to come in contact with the cord of
the ironing board or the cord and supply hose of the iron.
Always unplug the ironing board after use.
This appliance is intended for indoor household use only.
The maximum rating for the steam tank socket is 10A.
Do not remove or replace the ironing board cover during or
immediatetely after ironing, as the plates underneath the cover
become hot and may cause burns if touched.
