Audio Visual Bumper System
Installation Instructions Ford Expedition
1: Remove the two bolts holding the factory tow hooks on both sides of the vehicle. (Figure 1)
2: Install the two lower brackets (#1) in between the frame and the tow hooks using the factory bolts.
Leave loose for later adjustment.
3: Remove the two nuts on the back of the bumper next to the tow hooks. (Figure 1)
4: Install the two upper brackets (#2) onto the studs using the factory nuts. Leave loose for later
adjustment.

- Page 2 5: Install small “L” bracket to the top bracket facing out 6: Mount the push bumper to the upper and lower brackets with 3/8 x 1” bolts and flange nuts. Level the front of the push bumper to the ground and tighten all nuts and bolts securely. Be sure to tighten the nuts and bolts on the tow hooks and the back of bumper at this time.
