2. Precautions Note to Users Part feeder is a heavy weight machine, so that movement, setting up and installation, must be done by equipment in order to avoid injury. Control system consists of different type of controllers and devices. Adjustment and maintenance must be preceded in accordance to the manual of each controller. -

7. Preparation 7-1. Turn OFF all the power. 7-2. Dismount the front panel by unscrewing the mounting/dismounting screw in the anti-clockwise direction. 7-3. Connect cable of feeder to controller. Connect to output cable of the controller to the feeder input cable. Be particularly aware of live, neutral and earth connection respectively. -

8. Operation 8-1. ON/OFF Control Switch ON to power the controller. 8-2. Adjust VR3 (GAIN) to Control Output Voltage Range. Tune the gain potentiometer in the front panel to control the output voltage range. Adjust VR4 to mid range example ‘5’ turn VR3 to obtain optimum performance.
