CISPR 14 Warranty The Semak Hot Water Urn is a Commercial appliance. This product is guaranteed for 1 Year from the date of purchase against mechanical and electrical defects. If the fault is deemed caused by MISUSE/ABUSE the terms of the warranty are invalidated.
