Setting Time / Date manually
1. In time mode press and hold the key B for 3 seconds.
The watch enters setting mode. The hands of the watch
stop moving and the time blinks on the LC display. If no
key is pressed for 60 seconds, the watch return to time
mode. The hands continue running and synchronise
with the digitally displayed time.
2. In setting mode press the key B to toggle through the
following settings:

Time zone

12. 7
Day
blinks
3. Press the key A to adjust the displayed value.
4. The hands of the watch synchronise with the digitally
displayed time (setup time) when you exit the setting
mode.
