  • Page 2 MRS-400 User Manual v5.4.1 July 14, 2013 About This Manual Thank you for purchasing the Media Relay System (MRS-400) device. This User Manual has been specifically designed to guide you through the setup configurations, the features and operational functions of the MRS-400 Unit.
  • Page 3  Do not allow children to use your MRS-400 device. When turning the unit on:  To turn the MRS-400 unit on, locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the unit. An object such as a Pen Lid or small Flat Head Screwdriver is required. Place the object on the ridges on top of the ON/OFF switch and carefully move the switch to the ON position until it clicks and the LED lights turn on.

    MRS-400 User Manual v5.4.1 July 14, 2013 3-2 MRS-400 Device Configuration: The MRS-400 unit is based on embedded hardware/software with built-in cellular network interfaces. The unit must be configured prior to operation. This process includes pointing the unit’s connection settings to the IP address of the server. The unit is configured using the Device Configurator software, by connecting a USB cable between the unit and a computer (XP or higher).
