Step 9. Make sure the 3 middle bridges are just like above picture .

Step 10. Hold the middle bridge and pull out. There are two holes on each bridge,
if you need Queen size, just stop when the button pops from the first hole and if
you need King size ,let the button stop at the second hole.
Step 11. Connect components 5&6 to B( the image on step 10) , making
sure that the buttons on component 5&6 pop securely into the holes.

Step 12. Now your Bed Frame is ready for your mattress.

Smart Bed Frame, by Zinus, believes you will absolutely love your new Smart Bed Frame,
but if for some reason you want to return the frame, please call us directly before you
decide to return your product to the retailer. Our Customer Service organization can answer
most consumer concerns and can assist you with any questions you may have about your
new frame. Please call us first at: 1-800-613-1225.
To return your frame, you will need to return it to your local store where your frame
was originally purchased. You will need to use the original shipping box or some other very
sturdy box to return the product safely.
1-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects
Please read this Limited Warranty carefully. To maintain your Warranty, you will need to
comply with the conditions stated here. This warranty is for manufacturing defects only
and does not cover damages as a result of misuse.
1. Please be sure to complete your Product Registration Card (included with this packet)
and send it to the address shown on the front of the card within 30 days of purchase. Please
maintain this Warranty Statement in a safe place along with your dated sales receipt. If you
need to return your frame, please follow the specified return-policy instructions. When
moving your frame after initial use, please remove the mattress on it .
2. Your new frame comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects that
may compromise the sleep quality provided by the frame. The warranty starts on the
date of purchase . No warranty will be honored without an original sales receipt. The
warranty and financial responsibility of the manufacturer only applies to the frame
itself and does not extend to any mattress that is put on the frame.
3. Manufacturing defects include circumstances where the Smart Bed Frame has broken
under normal use and no longer provides proper support for your mattress. In the event
you encounter a manufacturing defect, please stop using this product immediately and
call customer service. The manufacturer cannot be responsible for improper assembly by
the consumer.
4. This warranty applies only when the frame has been properly used by consumers who
purchased the frame from an authorized dealer as a new product. Proper use means using
the frame on a level surface where all legs touch the floor with an equal distribution of weight.
Proper use also means that the frame was not abused by the consumer, as defined by the
manufacturer . Replacement of one piece or part of the frame does not constitute
agreement to replace other parts. The warranty period will not be extended from the original
purchase date if replacement parts are required.
5. If your frame fails due to manufacturing defects, the manufacturer will repair or replace the
frame at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models
and does not guarantee that the replacement part will match the existing piece or frame.
6. In the event the frame needs to be inspected by the manufacturer to determine a
warranty claim, the transportation cost or removal cost is borne by the consumer.
