Learning A Transmitter The AS-2214 TW Transmitter does not come pre-programmed. It must be code-learnt after the wiring of the Module is completed. The system has the ability to learn up to 4 different Transmitters; if a fifth Transmitter is learnt, the first Transmitter code in memory will be lost. -

Programming Options The AS-2214 TW System is equipped with 3 custom Programming Modes to allow the installer to custom-fit the system in accordance with the requirements of each vehicle. Other Features of the Module 2nd Ign / Acc / Crank Relay Output AS-2214 TW-series car starters are equipped with a high- current programmable 5 relay on-board, which can be used to power a second Ignition, Accessory, or Crank wire. -

AS-2214 TW systems allow for Multi-car Operation. This allows the owner of two Autostart-equipped systems, installed on two vehicles, to control both systems with one Transmitter. (Both vehicles must be equipped with an AS-2214 TW.) The remote Transmitter of the primary vehicle can control the Starter Kill system, the Door Locks and the remote Starter and Trunk operation of the second vehicle. -

Resetting the Module The AS-2214 TW system is equipped with a reset function that allows the installer to erase all Transmitter codes and return all programmable Options to their factory default values. To reset the Module: Make sure that the Valet and Ignition are both and that the Hood is up. -
