- Page 2 . . . Continued 2. Remove the Cotter Pin and Washers that secure the Lock Bolt Rod to the top post on the Pivot Plate. 3. Remove the Lock Bolt Rod and reinstall it through the opening on the opposite side, securing it to the bottom post on the Pivot Plate using the Washers and Cotter Pin.
