Gereinigte und gekennzeichnete Schweißzone 2-mal mechanisch mit PLASSON Hand-Schälgerät

Art.-Nr.: 29110064 spanabhebend bearbeiten. Anschließend den Sattel platzieren und ausrichten.
Die dem Satteltyp entsprechende Druckplatte der Spezialklemmeinrichtung positionieren.

Zentrierzylinder auf den Abgangsstutzen aufsetzen. Für 125 und 160 mm Stutzen Zentrierzylinder in

den Abgang einführen. Bei 90 und 110 mm Abgängen den Zentrierzylinder außen aufsetzen.
Ratschenmechanismus der Spanngurte in „Offen" Position bringen. Beide Spanngurte in die
4
Aufnahmen der Druckplatte einhängen. Die Ratschen sollen auf der gleichen Seite installiert sein.

Scrape and clean the pipe. scrape twice if manual scraper is used. Then locate the saddle on the pipe.

Place the appropriate tightening plate according to saddle type and size over the saddle.

Fit the Jig ring on the spigot: place inside the spigot for sizes 125,160 mm; outside the spigot for sizes

90,110 mm.
Shift the ratchet to its "loose" position, and attach to the hooks. Both pulling devices should be

placed in the same direction.

Rascar y limpiar la tubería; rascar dos veces si se utiliza rascador manual. Después colocar la toma

Colocar la abrazadera de apriete apropiada de acuerdo al tipo y al tamaño de la toma simple.

Encajar el anillo de refuerzo en la salida: colocar dentro de la salida spigot para tamaños 125,160

mm; colocar por fuera de la salida para tamaños 90,110 mm.
Colocar la correa en su posición inicial y sujetarla con los ganchos. Ambos dispositivos deben

colocarse en la misma dirección.

Gratter et nettoyer le tube. Gratter 2 fois si vous utilisez un racleur manuel. Puis poser la selle en

bonne place sur le tube.
Installer le bon outil sur la selle en fonction de son type et de son diamètre.

Monter le bouchon de maintien sur la dérivation: A l'intérieur pour les dérivations 125 et 160mm ;

Sur l'extérieur pour les dérivations 90 et 110mm.
Ouvrir les cliquets. Accrocher les sangles aux crochets (cliquets du même côté).

* Installare utilizzando unicamente posizionatore Plasson per selle
grandi diametri
Pulire e raschiare il tubo. L'operazione di raschiatura può essere ripetuta una seconda volta se

questa è effettuata con un raschiatore manuale. Detergere l'area raschiata utilizzando Pe-Clean
Plasson. Posizionare quindi la sella sul tubo.
Collocare il posizionatore sulla sella, avendo cura di scegliere la misura e la tipologia del dispositivo di

bloccaggio in base alla derivazione della sella che si sta saldando.
ll dispositivo anti ovalizzazione, deve essere inserito all'interno delle derivazioni aventi diametro 125
3
e 160 mm.
Per le derivazioni con diametro 90 e 110 mm, deve essere inserito all'esterno.
Allentare il meccanismo di serraggio, fino a che le cinghie risultino "lasche", ed inserire i ganci.
4
Entrambe devono esser posizionate nello stesso verso.
