Solution
Put the main plug in an earthed wall
socket.
Turn the timer knob to the required
preparation time to switch on the
appliance.
Put smaller batches of ingredients into
the frying basket. Smaller batches can
be fried move evenly.
Turn the temperature control knob
to the required temperature setting.
(see"J. Using the appliance")
Ingredients that lie on top of or across each
other (e.g. fries) need to be shaked halfway
through the preparation time.
(see"J. Using the appliance")
Use oven snacks or lightly brush some oil
onto the snacks for a crisper result.
When you fry greasy ingredients in the Aria
fryer, a large amount of oil will leak into the
plate. The oil produces white smoke and the
plate may heat up more than usual.
This does not affect the appliance or the
end result.
White smoke is caused by grease heating
up in the plate. Make sure you clean the
plate properly after every use.
Use fresh potatoes and make sure that they
stay firm during frying.
Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove
starch from the surface of the sticks.
Make sure you dry the potato sticks properly
before you add the oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a
crispier result.
Add little olive oil for a crisper result.
