Operation
1. Connect the cables for the electric supply to the Kick-Off II
electric file.
2. Connect the plug into an electric point (9).
3. Turn the rotation button to the lowest speed.
4. Turn the power switch on. The warning light will light up
green (5).
5. Increase the speed by turning the speed button clock wise.
6. Switch from forward to reverse using the rotation switch.
Safety System
When malfunctioning
When t he m achine d oesn't f unction a t a ll, fi rst c heck t he p lug.
When the power supply is working a fuse may have blown.
• Make sure the cables are correctly connected.
• Make sure the bit is properly placed.
• I n case of overloading the Kick Off II electric file the circuit
breaker will temporary cut off the power to the file.

How to change bits
1. Hold the hand piece in your hand, turn set ring fully to
release position to replace the bit.
2. Carefully remove the bit of the collet and replace by placing
the bit on the bottom of the collet.
3. Turn set ring back to set position where the collect is
secured/closed.
4. Check if the bit can rotate using your fingers. Avoid injuring
your fingers.

Academy. There you will learn how to work quick and
safe. During the course you will also get advice on how to
maintain your equipment.
Warranty
Magnetic offers a two year warranty on the electric equipment.
During this time Magnetic repairs or replaces the product for
free, if you can show the proof of purchase and the warranty
certificate. Read – for you own safety benefit – the following
conditions regarding the warranty of your electric equipment. In
case of malfunction and claim, first contact the local Magnetic
Distribution Centre you bought the machine.
Limited warranty
Warranty covers manufacturer defects only and only if the
instructions for use were followed. This Kick-Off II Electric File
System is designed for use in the application of artificial nails.
It's use is restricted to professional, skilled nail technicians.
Magnetic takes no responsibility when the machine is operated
by unskilled persons.
The following conditions void warranty after:
• Using oil or grease on hand piece or control box;
• S ervicing o r d issembling t he h and p iece o r c ontrol b ox b y a ny
other p erson t han e mployees o f t he M agnetic N ail A cademy;
• Dropping or excessive shock to hand piece or control box;
• I mmersing the hand piece or control box in any type of
sterilizing or cleaning solution;
• I nserting bent or damaged bits in the hand piece. When
operation the hand piece with damaged bits, the bearings
will be damaged.
• R eturned g oods w hich w ere d amaged b y i nsufficient p acking,
are the responsibility of the sender.
• T his warranty does not affect your legal rights.
