DVR-460 Installation Installing HDD 1. Loosen the screws on the upper cover and open the upper cover of the DVR. 2. Screw out the HDD bracket. For the positions of the HDD bracket screws, please refer to the figure below. 3. When install the first HDD, please set the jumper on the HDD to “Master”... -

5. Connect the HDD to the power connector and IDE BUS (make sure to align the HDD precisely for pin connection) (Refer to Fig. 6. Close the upper cover of the DVR and fasten all the screws you loosened in the step 1. (Refer to Fig. 4 & 5) ONLY use the power adapter supplied with DVR- NOTE: 460. - Page 4 DVR-860 Installation Installing HDD 1. Loosen the screws and open the upper cover. 2. When install the first HDD, please set the jumper on the HDD to “Master” mode.
- Page 5 3. Screw out the HDD bracket from DVR. (Step 1~2) 4. Screw HDD onto the HDD bracket, there is two screws for each side. And then screw the HDD bracket back to the DVR base. (Step 3 ~ 8) 5. Connect the power connector and IDE BUS of DVR to installed HDD.
