INNOCIGS – WARRANTY & REPAIR
Warranty Terms
All products of InnoCigs are subject to strict quality control. You will receive,
along with the legally required warranty, a 6-month warranty on all InnoCigs
products. The warranty period of 6 months applies from the date of purchase
from your dealer. The date on your sales receipt is decisive. During the warranty
period, devices that have defects will be repaired or replaced through the
company InnoCigs.
Wearing parts such as mouthpieces and clearomizer heads are excluded from
the guarantee.
Replaced devices or parts shall become the property of InnoCigs. The guarantee
does not extend the warranty period nor does it initiate a new warranty in
transition.

Warranty claims are excluded for damage resulting from:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Environmental factors (Ex: moisture, heat, dust, etc.)
- Failure to comply with the safety notes of the device
- Not following the instructions
- Use of force (Ex: shock, impact, case)
- Submission of claims that have not been authorized through InnoCigs service
addresses
- Unauthorized repair attempts
- Sending warranty repair in unsafe packaging
InnoCigs reserves in all warranty cases, the right to scrutinize the claim until the
final decision. InnoCigs reserves the right to revise these warranty conditions.
