2 for Small & Cozy
2 wheels, tires, tubes
2 wheel reflectors
Rear reflector

Fabric Bottom
The fabric bottom with the, plastic installed, is shipped in place. At the front and back ends of the trailer, open the Velcro in the
fabric. Wrap the fabric over the top struts, then re-attach the Velcro. The sides attach later, after the Fabric Top is installed.
Leaving the bottom only partially attached makes it easier to put on the roll bars.
Hardboard Floor
The hardboard floor is installed rough side up. Use the loop in the board to attach a short leash to
your dog. If you need more than one leash to control your dog, loop another leash either to the back
ring or to the base of the roll bars.
Roll bars and Fabric Canopy Top, Front Mesh, Back Fabric and Front Vinyl
(On Large Dog Trailers only, unscrew the bottom half of a roll bar's collar clamp and loosely attach it to
the sides of the frame in the center (the fabric will go over this 3rd bar.)
Insert 2 roll bars (one for each end) into the sleeves of the canopy top fabric.
Remove the bottom half of the collar clamps from the 2 end roll bars, spread out the roll bars and place
them on the top of the trailer where indicated. Loosely re-attach the bottom half of the collar clamps.
Stretch the Canopy top fabric taut and tighten the collar clamps securely. Take your time to get them in
the correct position.

  • Page 3 Seat Post Hitch Attach the hitch to the seat post with the bevel facing upward at a height which allows the trailer to be as parallel to the ground as possible. Open, then re-tighten the hitch’s collar evenly on both sides of the seat post by screwing each bolt in part way, and ro- tating between bolts as you tighten.
