- Page 3 SERVICE NOTES CFN250 EXHAUST VALVE The Exhaust Valve has to be installed with the notch (at rear) to the right. The Tab of Exhaust Valve and the Backup Plate must be positioned between the two pins on the Exhaust Valve Plate. See Fig. 2 below.
- Page 4 CFN250 SERVICE NOTES SPARK PLUG Coat Ref. 40 (890244) Spark Plug threads first with Primer-N prior to assembly and torque to 15 –20 in. lb., then apply one drop of Loctite® 290. Apply Dielectric Grease Part No.#893766 to end of spark plug before installing lead.
