Prestandainformation Du har köpt en sorptionsavfuktare tillverkad av El-Björn, vilket betyder att du nu är innehavare till en mycket beprövad produkt. Avsedd användning Sorptionsavfuktare är avsedda endast för avfuktning av luft vid atmosfärtryck inomhus. Sorptionsavfuktare ASE 200/300 kan användas tillsammans med sidokanalskompressor eller ljuddämparlåda. För att användningen av sorptionsavfuktaren ska anses vara inom gränserna för avsedd användning måste angivna driftvillkor iakttas. - Page 5 Driftmetod Följande diagram illustrerar sorptionsavfuktarens driftmetod: Den rumsluft (= processluft) som tas in matas genom den roterande sorptionsrotorn. Sorptionsrotorn är en högeffektsrotor. Dess metallsilikatbeläggning gör den optimerad för max. vattenadsorption under olika insugningsvillkor. Tack vare dess bikakestruktur har rotorn en mycket stor yta. Ytan har extremt hög mekanisk hållfasthet.
- Page 6 Transport och installation Transport Risk för krosskada! Sorptionsavfuktaren är tung. Håll alltid i handtaget när du bär sorptionsavfuktaren (håll inte händerna inuti aggregatets öppningar). Materialskada Om du drar i nätsladden kan denna skadas. Koppla alltid bort nätkontakten från nätuttaget innan du transporterar aggregatet! Lyft alltid aggregatet i bärhandtaget.

Installation Vid installation av sorptionsavfuktare måste följande punkter observeras: Skada på aggregatet på grund av felaktiga driftvillkor Sätt ned aggregatet försiktigt. Placera aggregatet på stabilt underlag. Lyft alltid aggregatet i bärhandtaget. Säkerställ fri luftcirkulation (försäkra dig om att filtret inte är övertäckt). •... - Page 8 Borra ett hål (diameter 4 mm) på böjens lägsta punkt. Eventuellt kondensvatten i slangen (när det är mycket kallt utomhus) kan dräneras genom detta hål. Dra ut ventilationsslangen/-kanalen genom byggnaden. Stäng av aggregatet och dra ur nätkontakten innan rengöring och inspektion. Inspektion av och ingrepp i aggregatet får utföras endast av behörig tekniker. Under garantiperioden måste allt arbete som utförs på avfuktaren utföras av tillverkaren eller av tillverkaren angiven person. Allt arbete som utförs av icke behörig person leder till att alla garantianspråk upphör att gälla.
- Page 13 Avställning, förvaring och avfallshantering Avställning Om du inte ska använda sorptionsavfuktaren under en längre tid kan du ställa av den. För att göra det följer du nedanstående anvisningar: Stäng av sorptionsavfuktaren med start-/stoppbrytaren. Dra ur nätkontakten. Safety instructions The devices must not be used under the following conditions: • in rooms with potentially explosive atmospheres. • In rooms with aggressive atmospheres, e.g. ammonia, wood acids, etc. • in rooms with water with a pH value outside the range from 7.0 to 7.4. In case of lower pH values there is risk of corrosion for all metals and risk of damage to mortar-containing materials (joints). -

Performance description You bought an adsorption dryer manufactured by El-Björn and thus decided for a well-proven product. Designated use The adsorption dryers are designed exclusively for dehumidifying air at atmospheric pressure in indoor rooms. The ASE 200/300 adsorption dryers can be operated in combination with a side channel compressor or a noise box. Operating the dehumidifiers within the limits of designated use also involves observing the specified operating conditions. -

Method of operation The following diagram illustrates the method of operation of the adsorption dryer: The room air (= process air) taken in is fed through the turning adsorption rotor. The adsorption rotor is a high-performance rotor. By its metal silicate coating it has been optimised for maximum water adsorption under different intake conditions. -

Transport and installation Transport Crushing hazard! The adsorption dryer is heavy. Use only the handle to carry the adsorption dryer. Do not reach into the openings. Material damage Pulling the power cable may damage the cable. Always disconnect the mains plug from the socket outlet before transport of the device. Always use the carrying handle to lift the device. -

Installation During installation of the adsoprtion dryers the following points must be observed: Damage to appliance due to improper operating conditions Put the device gently down. Place the device on firm ground only. Always use the carrying handle to lift the device. Free air circulation must be guaranteed and the filter must not be covered. - Page 21 (in case of very cold outside conditions) it can drain off through this hole. Maintenance and service Danger of injury by electric shock and risk of material damage Always observe the general safety instructions when performing any maintenance and service work! Switch the device off and pull the power plug before cleaning and inspection. Inspection and any work inside the device may only be carried out by trained expert staff. -

Troubleshooting If problems arise with the adsorption dryer please check the following points. Should the fault not be located please contact your technical advisor. Danger of injury by electric shock and risk of material damage The device may only be repaired by trained specialised staff. Within the warranty period, any work on the dehumidifier shall only be carried out by the manufacturer or persons commissioned by the manufacturer. -

Shutdown, storage and disposal Shutdown If you do not need the adsorption dryer for a longer period of time you can shut it down for some time. To do so proceed as follows: Switch the adsorption dryer on via the On / Off switch. Pull the power plug. -
