WARNING – Strangulation Hazard – Children have STRANGLED in cords. Keep the charging cord out
of the reach of children. Do not put the charging cord inside a crib or play yard. Because of the serious
strangulation risk to infants and toddlers, parents and caregivers should never place the charging
cord within 3 feet (1 meter) of a crib. NEVER use extension cords with AC adapters. ONLY use the AC
adapters provided.
• This product contains small parts. Adult assembly required. Exercise care when unpacking
and assembling the product and keep small parts away from children.
• Test this monitor and all its functions so that you are familiar with it prior to actual use.
• Do not charge the baby monitor while a child is wearing it.
• Do not charge the baby monitor within 3 feet (1 meter) of a child's reach.
• Only use the charger and power adapter provided. Do not use other chargers or power adapters
as this may damage the monitor.
• DO NOT use the monitor near water (such as a bath tub, sink, swimming pool, etc.).
• DO NOT use the oxygen monitor if it has been exposed to liquids.
• DO NOT immerse any part of the oxygen monitor in water or any other liquid. Clean only with
a damp cloth. DO NOT spray the oxygen monitor with cleaning products or solvents.
• The support sock may be laundered on the delicate cycle or hand washed in cold water only.
Air dry.
• Do not attempt to clean the oxygen monitor while it is plugged into an electrical outlet.
• Keep monitor AWAY from heat sources (such as stoves, fireplaces, radiators, etc.).
Heat can damage the unit.
• Use and store the monitor at a temperature between 40ºF (4ºC) and 85ºF (30ºC).

• Do not use the monitor outdoors.
• Do not use the monitor if it has been dropped or damaged.
• Use only attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
• Do not attempt to open any part of the oxygen monitor. No user-serviceable parts inside.
• Risk of electrical shock, fire or death.
• Do not attempt to remove or replace the battery. Contact Baby Vida at 402.599.3339 if you
experience any problems with the battery or with charging the monitor.
• If something goes wrong, do not attempt to repair the monitor yourself. Please contact Baby
Vida at 402.599.3339.
Adult Supervision
• This baby monitor is designed to provide parents and caregivers with information as an aid in
the monitoring of your child. It is not a substitute for responsible and proper adult supervision.
• ALWAYS be sure to immediately check on your child when an alarm sounds.
• This monitor is not a medical device and is not intended to be used as a medical monitor. This
monitor is not intended for use in the diagnosis of any disease or other conditions and is not
intended to cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease.
• This monitor does not prevent crib death or sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS).
• Monitoring of premature babies, or those considered to be at risk, should always be carried out
under the supervision of a health professional.
• Do not leave the baby monitor in the crib or within reach of a child unless the monitor is securely
strapped to the child's foot. Do not allow children to play with the baby monitor and accessories.

Customers use this monitor at their own risk. Baby Vida and its members, employees, agents,
contractors, representatives, manufacturers, distributors, and associates shall not be held liable
for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the customer or any other person arising from, or in
connection with, the use or manufacturer of this monitor and shall also not be held liable as the
result of any defects with the monitor.
