  • Page 10 ASSEMBLING THE ELECTRIC TRI SCOOTER 1.Unpack the Scooter carefully so that you do not misplace any of the parts. 2.Place the Scooter on a flat, level surface.Using any household item, raise the front base of the scooter up at least4 so you can easily connect the frame/front wheel to the base.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLING THE ELECTRIC TRI SCOOTER 4.The two Allen set screws on the front of the connecting clamp are for removing any play after the bolts have been tightened.First,back of the nuts;second,set the screws;third,tighten the nuts to prevent the screws from backing off. 5.Match the pins of the plugs to the holes of the sockets.Note the alignment notches.

    CHARGING THE BATTERIES Before you ride the scooter for the first time,it is advised that the unit is to be fully charged(4-6 hours)and fully discharged(ride until the battery gauge indicates low battery)for at least three cycles to maximize the efficiency of the battery.After that,you should continue to charge the battery frequently,at least once every 30days to prolong the battery lifespan.
  • Page 13 RIDING THE TRI SCOOTER Once you have completed the initial charge you are ready to ride.Remember, this is not a toy.The scooter can reach soeeds up to 15.5mph depending on the terrain and the weight of the rider.You must wear a helmet and protective pads.You must also be aware of all local laws and ordiances that govern and/or restrict the use of powered scooters.The laws and ordinances vary greatly from municipally.

    MAINTENANCE Battery:(for professional use only) The scooter is powered by31Ah36V revhargeable batteries secured in a battery bag.Other than recharging ,these batteries need no maintenance.To prolong battery life,you must recharge the battery after each use.You must also charge your scooter if it has not been used for 30days or more.If you must replace the batteries,they are located at the battery comparment at the footboard.To get them,remove the batteries with new ones and reconnect the wires.Follow the instructions on charging batteries to charge the new batteries.
