Important
Note the position of the O-ring in the throttle body.
1 lnspectthe sealing surfaces and O-ring. If neces-
sary, change the O-ring.
Fit the throttle body.
2 Reconnect the throttle cable and Cruise Control
cable and, on cars with automatic transmission,
the kick-down wire.
3 Only cars with automatic transmission:
Check and adjust the kick-down wire, see
page 305.
4 Reconnect the crankcase breather hose, idle air
control valve hose and throttle body preheating
hoses.
5 Plug in the throttle position sensor's connector.
6 Fit the rubber hose elbow.
7 Check the coolant level and top up as necessary.
