1. Prerequisite: Your SeaStar firmware version is V 1.0 (Check under Settings > About >

Firmware Version)

2. Get a USB flash drive in FAT32 format (<32GB)

3. Copy the 'update.zip' file onto it (to root, not inside any folder)

5. Connect the USB Flash drive to the micro USB port of the SeaStar using the included

OTG cable (OTG cable present in SeaStar box).

7. After initialization +20 s you should get a message prompt saying that an úpgrade file

has been detected. Scroll down & select "'Ínstall'"

Page 2 8. Wait as the device installs the upgrade and restarts. Do not remove the USB drive. 9. After the upgrade & restart cycles are complete, you will receive the same message again ‘’Upgrade file detected”” with the same ‘’Install’’ prompt. 10.
