Note 3: For performing the diagnosis shown below, the following jigs for service is required:
• Cable for service (GGD1425)
Diagnosis of PCB's

Bonnet and Tray panel
1
Remove 4 screws from Bonnet L and R (BPZ30P080FNI).

Remove 2 screws from Bonnet L and R (BBZ30P080FNI).

Remove the Bonnet by removing the 6 screws
(BBZ30P080FNI).

Press the STANDBY/ON button to turn on the power.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to open the Tray.

Remove the Tray Cap.

Set the Test Disc.

Press the OPEN/CLOSE button to close the Tray.
(Test Disc is clamped.)

Pull out the Power cord.
How to open the Tray when the power cannot be on
Insert a Tweezer(as shown in the photo) into the Slit located at
the bottom of the unit and slide the projection of the Drive Cam in
the Loader ASSY in the direction of the arrow, as indicated in the

photo.
If the Tray pops out a little, fully pull it out by hand.
