Italiano Generalità Col presente manuale intendiamo fornire le informazioni indispensabili per l’installazione, l’uso e la manutenzione delle stazioni di depurazione biologica a fanghi attivi serie Depurbox BASE, MAXI, DUO. Quanto contenuto nel presente manuale si riferisce al prodotto di serie come presentato nella documentazione commerciale. Eventuali versioni speciali possono essere fornite con fogli istruzione supplementari. - Page 5 3.1.3 Luogo d’installazione Non installate la stazione di trattamento dentro degli edifici. ATTENZIONE Installate la stazione all’esterno degli edifici in posizione interrata oppure sopra al suolo. Preparate uno scavo avente le dimensioni come riportate in uno dei disegni della sezione 10.4., a seconda del tipologia e composizione della stazione di trattamento da installare. Realizzate un letto di appoggio in sabbia o pozzolana livellata e compattata (20-30 cm). Prendete bene le misure e sistemate lo spessore della sabbia in modo da garantire l’allineamento tra le varie condotte di entrata e uscita delle acque reflue e le entrate ed uscite del Depurbox (→... - Page 8 Riempite d’acqua il sedimentatore primario e gli ossidatori sino a metà per stabilizzarne la posizione. Aprite completamente il degrassatore. La presenza di una crosta biancastra galleggiante, creata dai detergenti, impedisce il deflusso dei materiali grossolani dalle tubazioni. Se lo strato galleggiante è di colore bruno-nerastro, la sua origine dipende da un eccesso di grassi solidificati. Dig a hole of the dimensions indicated in one of the drawings of section 10.4., depending on the type and composition of the treatment station to be installed. Prepare a level compacted bed in sand or pozzolana (20-30 cm). Make sure the measurements are correct and adjust the thickness of the sand so as to ensure the various wastewater entry and exit pipes are aligned with the entry and exit points of the Depurbox (→... - Page 31 Complete filling. Tighten the air adjustment ball valves and filters by hand (→ section 10.1.1. part nos. 11 and 12). Make sure fresh air can enter the inlet pipes. If the floating layer is brownish-blackish, it is caused by an excess of solidified fat. Detach and break up the floating layer with a rod.
