1.
Disconnect the hydraulic hose quick couplers from one another and attach the quick couplers to your power unit as per the
instructions in your power unit's operator's manual.
2.
Carefully raise the loader arm and cycle the tilt cylinders to check hose clearances and to check any interference.
Do not lock the auxiliary hydraulics of your tractor or power unit in the "ON" position.
Failure to obey this warning could result in death or serious injury.

operation of Broom.

Never lift this product:
more than a few feet off the ground OR
to a height where visibility is obstructed, whichever is lower.
NOTICE
AVOID BROOM DAMAGE. Do not ram into piles. Use a dozer blade for this type of job.
When approaching obstacles, like utility poles or fire hydrants, slow engine and travels to avoid
hitting these hazards.
USAGE:
1.
Clear area of all bystanders and engage Broom only from operator's station.
2.
Swing brush head assembly the direction you want to direct the debris. Never sweep toward people, buildings, vehicles or
other objects that can be damaged by flying debris.
3.
Lower the brush to the ground.
4.
Increase power unit's engine rpm to sweeping speed.
5.
Travel forward at 5mph (8kph) or less. Vary brush, engine and travel speeds to match sweeping conditions.
6.
At the end of a run; slow the engine and travel speeds, disengage the brush, raise the brush head assembly and then make
the turn.
TIPS:
Large Areas
When sweeping a large area, such as a parking lot, make a path down the middle and sweep to both sides. This reduces the
amount of debris the Broom must sweep in the next pass.
