BUBBLES/HIGH LOSS/FIBRE PULLING APART DURING PROOF TEST:
All of the above errors can occur if the electrodes have not been stabilised or

calibrated to the ambient conditions. An electrode stabilisation should be carried out at
the beginning of every splicing session and any time the ambient conditions change.
Note these errors can also be caused if the fibres are not prepared correctly.
