Page 5: Prior To Installation
Prior to Installation: 1. Filter should be installed indoors in a temperature controlled environment. 2. Filter should be installed right after the house water meter and prior to any branch-off plumbing lines to ensure all taps receive filtered water. 3. Turn off main water supply to stop incoming water. Turn on a cold water tap on a lower level faucet to drain the lines. -

Installation: Reference Fig. 1 for visual guide 1. Remove all parts from packaging. 2. Remove plastic cover from the Sediment Pre-filter 3. Remove the red transport cap on the Distributor. 4. Hand tighten the top loading Pre-filter Housing onto the Distributor until you feel no further movement. - Page 7 Notes: • Pipe joint tape (Teflon tape) must be used on all threaded connections. • Pick an appropriate installation location • Do not install the unit on its side.
