Getting started Getting started Before first use • This product has been packaged to protect it against transportation damage. Instructions Instructions Using the Pyramid Kettle To fill the Pyramid Kettle, remove it from the power base and open the lid, fill with the desired amount of cold tap water, then close the lid. Alternatively, the Pyramid Kettle may be filled through the spout. Make sure to fill the kettle at least to the minimum (0.5L) but not beyond the maximum (1.7L) level.
Other useful information Other useful information NOTE The Pyramid Kettle takes approx. 15–20 seconds to turn off when boiling – this is not a fault. Should you accidentally allow the kettle to operate without water, the boil-dry protection will automatically switch it off. If this should occur, allow the kettle to cool before filling with cold water and re-boiling.

Other useful information Environment Friendly disposal The European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected separately in order to optimise the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.
