Emptying the Dirt Tank
WARNING
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury, turn power OFF and disconnect plug from
electrical outlet before performing maintenance or troubleshooting.

Make sure the vacuum is OFF by
pressing the power button.

With the Dirt Tank removed, locate the
filter removal tab in the center of the
filter assembly. Firmly grasp the tab and
turn clockwise to operate the Clean-
Turn feature. As you turn the tab, the
filter will turn and help clean off excess
dirt and debris.
WARNING
Do not operate your BOLT® Lithium Max Pet with damp or wet filters or without filters in place.

Find the Dirt Tank Release Button and
press to remove the Dirt Tank from
hand vacuum.

Firmly grasp the tab and pull up to
remove the filter from the Dirt Tank.
Empty the Dirt Tank into a waste
basket.
