INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.
All connections should be made to HMS 800 before the HMS 800 Expansion Board is installed.
2.
Remove each 6-32 x 1/4 Phillips screw marked "A" in Figure 1. As each screw is removed, replace with supplied 6-32 x 1/2 male/female Hex spacer marked "C"
in Figure 2. Retain screws for future step.
3.
Connect supplied cable to 20-pin connector J4 on controller marked "B" in Figure 1.
4.
Place HMS 800 Expansion Board on top of the controller. Line up mounting holes marked "D" with Hex spacers marked "C" in Figure 2.
5.
Reinstall 4 6-32 x 1/4 Phillips screws through mounting holes "D" in HMS 800 Expansion Board into Hex spacers "C" on controller in Figure 2.
6.
Connect opposite end of supplied cable to 20-pin connector J1 on the Expansion Module marked "E" in Figure 2.
7.
Be sure that the address jumper is in correct position (corresponding with Expansion Module Type), as shown in Figure 2, marked "F".
