Sparrow Crib Repair Kit Instructions
Model #'s 1SPCR
These instructions will guide you through the steps to install the repair
kit on your Sparrow Crib. The kit is only for the recalled Sparrow
model numbers listed above. The model is on the label attached to
the mattress support.
Please read the instructions before starting. If you have questions or

OVERVIEW
The kit includes four brackets which are to be placed in the four upper
corners of the crib, where the long sides meet the short sides. The
hardware that came with your crib is used to keep the brackets in
position. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to install the
brackets.
It is not necessary to completely disassemble crib.

INSTALLATION
(1) Loosen screws of a long side of the
crib. (see fig. 1)
(a) Top Screw - Loosen and remove
(b) Middle Screw - Completely loosen
(c) Bottom Screw - Slightly loosen

2) Slightly pull top of long
side away from short sides
to expose the wooden
dowel. (see fig. 2)
Completely remove screw
Completely loosen screw
Partially loosen screw (one revolution)
