Hearing aid is not worn correctly
Whistling
Too much earwax
Power off
Battery is not installed
Low battery or no power
No Sound
Sound tube is blocked
Ear mold or ear dome is blocked
Hearing aid is in sleep mode

SOLUTION
Wear it again and correctly
Clean earwax
Power on
Install the battery
Change a new battery
Clean the sound tube
Clean the ear mold or ear dome
Long press the button 5 seconds to
awaken the hearing aid
