Page 4 DESTINAZIONE D’USO : L’amplificatore acustico è uno strumento ausiliario utilizzato per compensare e attenuare la perdita uditiva dell’utente. È utilizzabile per ipoacusici con perdite dell’udito conduttive, neurosensoriali e miste, ecc. È adattabile per ipoacusia da lieve a moderata.

Page 6 Avvertenze: La finalità dell’amplificatore acustico è di amplificare e trasmettere il suono, compensando in questo modo la perdita uditiva. L’amplificatore acustico deve essere utilizzato solamente dall’utente per cui l’uso è previsto. L’utilizzo da parte di altri soggetti non è consentito perché l’amplificatore acustico potrebbe provocare danni all’udito.
Page 7 Rimuovete l’amplificatore acustico in caso di TAC, risonanza magnetica o altri esami con apparecchi elettromagnetici. Non usate alcol per pulire l’amplificatore acustico e/o gli inserti auricolari. I tubicini e gli inserti auricolari non devono mai essere sciacquati o immersi in acqua, in quanto le gocce d’acqua potrebbero rimanere nel tubicino, bloccan- do i suoni o danneggiando i componenti elettrici dell’amplificatore acustico.

Di seguito è riportato un piano di riabilitazione per i primi tempi di utilizzo. a) Prima fase (1-3 settimane) 1 a 2 ore di utilizzo al giorno, si suggerisce di indossare l’amplificatore acustico in un ambiente relativamente tranquillo per riconoscere e distinguere i vari suoni.
