    INSTALLATION Note: This product must be grounded/protective earthed. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electric current to redure the risk of electric shock. This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment grounding conductor and a grounding plug.

    If the Fault LED lights up again remove the vehicle connector and the wall plug. Try again to connect the Charge Cable correctly and charge the vehicle. If the Mobi Box continues to display the error during the charging, please contact Ratio Electric for support.

    MAINTENANCE The Charge Cable requires no maintenance other than occasional cleaning. Warning: Unplug your Charge Cable before cleaning the unit. Warning: To reduce the risk of electrical shock or equipment damage, be cautious while cleaning the connectors and case. Clean the Home Charger using a soft cloth lightly moistened with mild detergent solution.
