3. Remove the Shipping Braces (Shipping Braces protect the cabinet during shipment and are not
necessary for assembly.) Location of Shipping Braces are indicated in figure 1. To remove Shipping
Braces unscrew the Bolts on the Shipping Braces and release the Cam Lock on the inside by
turning it counter clock wise 180 degrees with a Flat Head Screwdriver.
Do not discard the Bolts. They will be used in the same hole to attach the Side Panels.
4. Discard the Shipping Braces as well as the Cam Lock inside them. Place the two Cam Locks
provided in the two holes at the top of the Left Panel. The arrows must point up. See figure 3.
5. With the Cam Locks in place, take the Left Panel and line up the holes with the Cam Screws
already in place on the Sub Assembly. Turn the Cam Locks clockwise 180 degrees. Insert the Bolts
that were used for the Shipping Brace in the same holes and tighten with an Allen Wrench.
6. Position the Right Panel in the same manner as the Left Panel. Replace and tighten the Bolts with
the Allen Wrench.
7. Place Center Panel opposite of drawer lining up holes on the bottom. Put Wood Dowels in holes
and hammer gently.
8. Place Shelf between Left Panel and Center Panel with holes facing up. Insert two 2" Bolts
through the Left Panel and the Center Panel into Cross Nuts previously placed in Shelf. Tighten
Bolts with the Allen Wrench. Cross Nuts may need to be realigned with a Flat Head Screwdriver.
9. Place Back Panel in position between Left and Right Panels. Cross Nut holes should face out.
Insert four 2" Bolts through the Left and Right Panel each. Tighten Bolts with the Allen Wrench.
Insert three more Bolts through Back Panel. Two into the Center Panel Cross Nuts and one more
into the Shelf. Be sure to tighten all Bolts with the Allen Wrench.
10. With the Cabinet still in the upside down position, instal the 5 Casters
to the three supporting Panels using the Black 1" Caster
Bolts. The Locking Casters should be placed on the Side
Panels in the front position unless otherwise preferred.
11. It is recommended to use help when turning your Cabinet right
side up.
