Before Use please read all instructions and our Limited Warranty carefully.

A range of various style packs for the 'Aerodynamic' systems,
along with storm covers and optional shoulder straps (where
applicable) are available.

FITTING KIT CONTENTS

LD001/B locking device (fitted to L-Brackets)
1 LK001/S Key
1 BU007B crossmember (black)
2 M6 x 12.5 x 1.2 flat washers (black zp)
2 M6 x 20 Buttonhead bolts (black zp)
2 M6 Nyloc nuts (black zp)
2 M8 Nyloc nuts (black zp)
2 M8 Spring washers (black zp)
4 M8 x 16 Allenhead bolts (black zp)
6 M8 x 17.0 x 1.4 flat washers (black zp)

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1 Remove seat, rear body and rear mudguard.
2 Hold the plastic spacer from between the rear mudguard
and subframe crossmember in its original position. Mark
the centres of the two unused holes in the crossmember
on the plastic spacer. Drill marked points with a 10mm
or 3/8 drill bit.
3 The BU007B crossmember if fitted up under the rear
subframe crossmember at the two previously unused
holes with the edge of the BU007B crossmember which
the holes are closest to face to the rear of the bike.
Secure with the M6 Buttonhead bolts, M6 x 12.5 x 1.2
flat washers and Nyloc nuts provided. Leave loose.

1. BU007B crossmember
2. M6 x 20 buttonhead bolt
3. M6 x 12.5 x 1.2 flat washer and M6 Nyloc nut.
4 Refit rear mudguard and plastic spacer.
NOTE: If spacer will not fit down over the buttonheads the holes
may need to be enlarged.
5 The rear L-Bracket mounts are secured to the threaded
bush on the sides of the crossmember using the M8 x 16
Allenhead bolts and M8 spring washers supplied. Leave
loose.
6 The front L-Bracket mounts are secured to the front
hanging bracket on the rear subframe using the M8 x 16
Allenhead bolts, M8 flat washers and M8 nuts. Leave
loose.
NOTE: Additional washers have been supplied to adjust width if
necessary.
