  • Page 3 INTRODUCTION Thank you for purchasing the VTech Little SmartPhone learning ® toy! The VTech Little SmartPhone is a trendy phone just for infants! Its ® small and sleek size is perfect for little hands. Your child can press the buttons to learn numbers and colors. The music, voice mail, and phone buttons encourage sing-along and role-play fun.

    INSTRUCTIONS BATTERY INSTALLATION 1. Make sure the unit is turned OFF. 2. Locate the battery cover on the back of the product. Use a coin or a screwdriver to loosen the screw. 3. Install 2 new ‘AAA’ (AM-4/LR03) batteries following the diagram inside the battery box.

    SWITCH to the ON ( ) position. To turn the unit OFF, slide the ON/OFF SWITCH to the OFF ( ) position. 2. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF To preserve battery life, the VTech Little ® SmartPhone will automatically power- down after approximately 45 seconds without input.

    3. Press the light-up phone button to hear fun sounds, phrases and a fun sing-along song. The lights will flash with the sound. 4. Press the light-up music button to hear fun sing-along songs and playful melodies. When a melody is playing, press the number buttons to hear the melody played one note at a time.
