"The Big Switch" is a durable,
heavy duty waterproof discon-
nect switch. It is designed to
completely shut–off current
flow from the battery of any
engine-powered vehicle or
electronically-powered acces-
sory system. Rated at 250 amps
at 12V and 24V for continuous
service (2,500 amps for 5 sec-
onds). " The Big Switch" is ap-
plicable to virtually any 6, 12 or
24 volt electrical system. It can
be used as an emergency cut-
off switch, anti-theft device, or
a simple on/off switch.

  • Page 3 Assembly and Installation Instructions An aluminum bracket and fastener kit are supplied for mount- ing “The Big Switch”. The switch can be installed in the bracket with the mounting face pointing upward or downward. 1) Remove the large brass hex nut and wave washer from the neck of the switch.
