    Heartbeat sensors cannot be used as accurate measurements for clinical use. Use them only as a reference. Wear appropriate athletic attire. Do not wear loose clothing that could eventually become caught in the equipment. Always wear athletic shoes for exercising.

    ASSEMBLY MONTAJE STEP/PASO 1 1. First insert the Adjusting bracket (8) into the Support Connection (9) with a suitable position and the lock the Lower leg-guard frame set (5) tightly by using Knob (12), flat washer (13). 2. Insert the Main frame (1) into the Support Connection (9) with a suitable position and fixed with Pin (11). 3.
  • Page 6 STEP/PASO 2 When finish exercise, pull out the Pin (11), and fold the Support Connection (9) in the arrow of the main frame (1), then put it on the clean flat floor.
