General instructions Read the instructions in this manual carefully as they contain important information regarding the correct, effective and safe installation, use and servicing of the machine. Service personnel should have access to all documentation for the machine.

    WD-90GR FLEX / HC Rev. 3.0 (201811) General instructions 1.1 Symbols used This symbol warns of situations where a safety risk may arise. The instructions given should be followed in order to prevent injury and dangerous situations. This symbol on a machine part warns of electrical equipment. The machine must be entirely non-live during servicing, turn off the power at the power switch and if required, the switch should be locked to prevent unintentional operation.

Take care during transport, as there is a risk of tipping. NB: The machine must not be transported without a pallet or other support.     WD-90GR FLEX / HC Rev. 3.0 (201811) Operating instructions 4.2 Washing In the various stages of the wash cycle, the cassette rotates as follows: • Washing, around 8 revolutions/minute • Rinsing, approx. 13 rpm • Spinning, approx. 80 revolutions/minute 4.2.1 Selecting a programme The machine has six wash programmes (P1-P6) which can be selected using the three programme selection buttons (10) P1, P2 and P3.

    WD-90GR FLEX / HC Rev. 3.0 (201811) Operating instructions 4.2.2 Washing • Feed the cassette containing the items being washed into the machine. • Close the door and start the wash programme by pressing button (11). • While the machine is washing, the display (1) will show the remaining washing time (up until the final rinse).

If the rinse temperature is too low, an alarm is triggered on the control panel. The machine continues washing until the right temperature is reached.

The alarm is triggered after a preset number of wash cycles. The LED (4) flashes to indicate that the alarm has been activated.

    WD-90GR FLEX / HC Rev. 3.0 (201811) Operating instructions 4.3 After use – Cleaning HACCP is a preventive inspection system to ensure hygiene requirements are met during the washing process and cleaning of the machine. As a result of its design, the machine meets strict hygiene requirements.

This is done before the machine is emptied and turned off. 90_11 To collect the granulate, replace the filters with the connector plates (A) and the granulate collectors (B).

In order to maintain good washing results, it is important that the machine always contains the correct quantity of granulate.

You can store the granulate in the freezer during this period.

The alarms indicated with a flashing LED (4) can be reset by pressing button (7) when the cause of the alarm has been rectified. Alerts that are indicated by the fact that the LED (4) is lit but not flashing cannot be reset by the operator.
