    G.SHDSL.BIS feature. It uses two pairs of twisted-pair cables (bare wire) for transmission with the maximum transmission rate of 2 × 11.4 Mbit/s. The RC1104-FE-4W can be used to transmit signals through networks when the rate keeps at 2 × 5.7 Mbit/s and the Ethernet lines are extended to 2.6 km.

    3.4 Connecting to the same device When the RC1104-FE-4W series devices are interconnected with each other, the following requirements on models should be met. Otherwise, the link is disconnected or the data are transmitted improperly.

    Step 1 Install the 19-inch 3U standard RC002-16 chassis or single-slot chassis on the rack. Step 2 Align the RC1104-FE-4W with the guiderail and insert it into the chassis. Step 3 Fasten the RC1104-FE-4W with captive screws, as shown in Figure 3-4.
