PRO Flow L – Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning
PRO Flow luminaires are recommended to be cleaned by wiping with lint-free cloth and lukewarm water.
Particular attention should be paid to the careful but thorough cleansing of glass. Possible loose debris
should be removed from the luminaire.
Maintenance
The following components of the PRO Flow L luminaire can be replaced:
Power sources
LED Module
Glass
Tools with torx20 & torx25 heads and Allen key 4 are required for any changing work.

    Changing the LED module 1. Open the luminaire cover according to the installation instructions. 2. Unfasten LED module wires from the terminal blocks. 3. Unfasten the 6 light module fastening screws using Allen key 4. 4. Lift the light module from the luminaire. The connecting wires of the LED modules are attached to the light module and are ejected through the wire path.
  • Page 9 5. Place new light module on top of the luminaire to enable guiding of LED module connecting wires through the wire path to the terminal blocks. Ensure that the connecting wires are not crossed in the wire path. 6. Move the light module on its place while guiding the connecting wires to the terminal blocks. 7.

    Changing the glass 1. Perform the steps 1-4 of the “Changing of the LED module”. 2. Unfasten 8 screws (torx25) of the glass mounting frame. Do not lose the screws! 3. Remove the glass mounting frame, the old glass and clean all glass shards from the luminaire. 4.
